PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The A-SAFE guardrail ref. MF is an aluminum collective fall protection system, maintained using counterweights. This system avoids any drilling of the building's waterproofing. The plastic pads and the soles under the bases ensure total protection of the waterproofing. The A-SAFE guardrail has successfully undergone the static and dynamic tests and trials required by the NF E85-015:2019, EN 14122-3:2016, EN13374+A1:18 (temporary guardrail with 2500 mm center distance between uprights) and NTC2018 (ITALY) standards. We have the DIN EN 62305-3 (VDE 0185-305-3):2011-10 regarding the lightning protection certificate, tested and approved with Vereinigung zur Überwachung technischer Anlagen e. V.

AESTHETICS AND DURABILITY

Seen from the outside of the building, the A-SAFE versions ref. MF-S and ref. MF-I are barely visible. The raw or powder-coated aluminium alloy (on request) guarantees an aesthetic system and excellent resistance to corrosion in the long term.

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: A SOLUTION

Special accessories (safety gates, wall terminations, corner elements, toe boards) can meet special requirements. Always in compliance with current standards and safety.

 

EASY AND QUICK INSTALLATION, SIMPLE STORAGE AND LOGISTICS, WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS

The system comprises only a small number of components. Due, among other things, to their minimal weight, the elements of the A-SAFE product range are easy to assemble and disassemble, which facilitates their transport. With the right skills, installation takes only a short time. Several elements can be used in different versions such as the wall-mounted base which can be in a straight or inclined version.

 

BEARING SURFACE INDEPENDENT FROM THE SUPPORT

The freestanding A-SAFE guardrail can be installed on supports such as waterproofing, drainage slabs, gravel, vegetation substrate, etc. The prerequisites are compliance with the minimum heights of the handrail (1100 mm for EN14122-3:2016 and 1000 mm for NF E85-015:2019), the maximum space between the uprights (1500 mm) and the spaces defined in the standards and the bearing surface must be permanently stable in order to allow the stability of the guardrail.bearing surface must be permanently stable in order to allow the stability of the guardrail.
